Short Profile

is the project leader for the Libyan National Project for Establishing Business and Innovation Incubators (ELITE).
His vast experience in international collaboration as well as industry and research policies helps to build the necessary links for developing the incubator initiative in Libya. Mr. Alaswad systematically attended international conferences on business incubation, technology parks, and innovation to make international experience and contacts available for the incubators and their client companies. On this basis a team of ELITE incubator managers was trained and linked with the international incubation community even before the first incubator opened.
