Short Profile is senior expert in the field of Business Incubation and Entrepreneurship in the department International Technology Cooperation & Cluster within VDI/VDE Innovation + Technik. As project director he is responsible for the project ELITE – Establishing a Libyan Incubator for Technology and Innovation. (www.eliteproject.net) His major experiences came from the involvement in various promotion programs for technology based companies, pre-incubation and science parks & innovation centers. Out of several projects in Germany, Eastern Europe and the MENA region he has a wide practical track record in consultancy, coaching and training of incubator managers and entrepreneurs. Impact assessments and evaluations of collaborative innovation project as well as design, management and supervision of feasibility/viability studies are additional fields of his expertise.
